Your experiences: I had a plan all drawn up and ready to go before the kit arrived and then when I saw all the pieces “in the flesh” I changed my mind completely. I was stumped for a while but I finally settled for a love theme considering that I had two love heart pieces. I decided to do a mini diorama along with the doll so that I could use as many kit pieces as possible. I made the table from the wooden love heart shape and the 3 stick pieces. I made the little chair from the fence piece. I made the little basket from the 4 plastic rings and used the red crystal branch thingy for the little candies. I used some of the silver beads as candle holders and pieces of the pipe cleaner as the candles. The rest of the beads and the metal love heart charm I used as a talisman and tied it around her waist. I used the star garland as a bit of decoration on the basket and I used the pearl beads as little runes. The 4 buttons I used as decoration on the chair. I used the 4 gold rings as a base for the “crystal ball”. The fabrics I used for decoration on the table and chairs as well as her outfit and the base of the display. I also made a little cushion with some of the left over fabric. I had lots of fun making my mini scene and doll although I burnt myself quite a lot with the hot glue gun, while trying to glue all the little bits together…lol. I hope everyone had a great time with their kit challenge. I’d definitely do another one if the opportunity should come up again. Thanks to Viki also. You chose great items and beautiful fabrics :)
