Raggedy Ann Details :
Small Doll, Redress, No Pattern or Sloper Used, Repaint, Reroot.

Artist Notes:
WOW this is the first time I have ever tried to design any kind of knit or crochet project.  I am really happy with the way her dress and apron turned out.  The fact that it is crocheted really makes her look more like a rag doll.

This is also my first rescue.  I have redone several dolls but not really any used ones. 

Her hair is rooted using number 10 crochet cotton, it's the perfect scale for a yarn hair doll of this size.

This doll was inspired by the original Raggedy Ann movie.  You can see a picture of her in the first ring around my version, but with elements of the newer more well known Ann.   may decide to do a version of Andy later but for now I am happy with Ann.
