Notes From the Artist: Description: I made this dress from a Vicki's Original Design pattern for porcelain dolls so there was quite a bit of modification. The bodice is ivory taffeta with machine embroidery and hand beading, fully lined & hooks in the back. The petticoat is made from the same taffeta & her overskirt is ivory lace. The dress is actually 2 pieces and the back of the bodice is also machine embroidered & hand beaded with a circle overlay of lace representing a wedding band one 1 side of the back & a heart lace overlay representing love on the other side. Puffed sleeves are made from the same lace as the skirt. Barbie says she's so happy she wants to give EVERYBODY a big ol' stiff-armed HUG!
